Our Fundamentals Program will teach you the basics of CrossFit in a fun small group setting. It's the perfect way to start CrossFit! 

You can take our 3-day fundamental series designed to familiarize our new athletes with the basic CrossFit movements, philosophy, and nutrition. If you're a bit intimidated about CrossFit, don't worry! You're not alone. This course will boost your confidence and allow you to fit right in to the mix of things. Plus, you might just learn something that could change your life. After these 3 classes you will be ready to join and attend our regular schedule.  These classes are limited to 6 athletes so hurry up and jump right in!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Regardless of your current fitness ability and understanding, expect to learn.  Our instructors will go over proper form on all lifts, bodyweight and gymnastics movements. Expect to have a tough, but short work out that might give you a little reality check on your fitness level.  Expect to see friendly faces who will likely approach you and ask your name.  Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. Bringing water and a smile. Questions are not just welcomed but they are encouraged. This is your jumping point into another fitness world. Terminology may seem foreign but remember, you are not alone. So ask away!
